Crane Service /
Routine inspections carried out approx. every 4 months. A
report card is sent to each customer stating work done, plus
any recommendations for further work that may be required. You
would also be informed when the crane was due for its next
service inspection.
Our system ensures each customer is fully
aware of their crane's condition at all times, plus they are
able to produce relevant documentation if required, to prove
the machine has been maintained to an efficient standard on a
regular basis.
As part of our back-up service, we maintain a
detailed history file of each crane, which can be consulted by
the customer at any time.
Mobile Servicing
We have
fully stocked service vans in full time operation driven by
factory trained engineers, who will call on you to carry out
either routing maintenance, or if a breakdown may occur.
However, it is recommended that at least one
service per year is carried out on our premises, where we have
excellent facilities, such as calibrated test weights,
hi-pressure wash etc.
Crane Testing
The Crane inspection is annually required to 10% overload to keep up with Loler regulations. According to legislation, a Crane should be inspected both, operationally and structurally every year in order to assess the Cranes condition and renew the report.
A new certificate should be issued if a major
structural repair, i.e. damage repairs have been carried out.
